How I Work

When leaders reach out, it’s usually because something feels stuck, chaotic, or unsustainable. Work is slower than it should be, decisions keep circling, or change is creating more strain instead of progress.

I typically start with a focused diagnostic and design phase to understand what’s actually getting in the way and where a shift would make the biggest difference. That phase stands on its own and helps clarify what kind of support makes sense next.

This phase is designed to:

  • Clarify what's actually getting in the way of progress
  • Identify where leadership attention will have the biggest impact
  • Reduce guesswork and premature solutions
  • Create a grounded basis for deciding what to do next

From there, we decide together whether I’m the right person to support the next step, or whether a different approach or capability is needed.
