The Well: Your Resource Hub

People fall off the wagon because when they are overwhelmed, their brain goes offline. Language disappears. Decision-making narrows. Old patterns take over.
Leadership gets tested in the real moments, and the real moments are exactly when you have the least access to what you learned.
The Well is built so you can find what you need without having to think clearly first. It is organized two ways:
By state. When you are activated, shut down, or running on fumes, you open The Well and find the specific support for where you actually are right now.
By level of the ecosystem. When the question is about you, your team, or the organization around you, the tools are already sorted. The Leader level holds your pressure pattern work, your regulation practices, and your narrative tools. The Team level holds the communication, trust, boundary, and team rhythm materials. The Organization level holds load audits, control and influence maps, and other tools for reading how the system is shaping behavior around you.
You will always have an answer to the question, "what do I do right now?"
Bonus Mini-Course: Boundaries for Burnout by Stress Response Type
Plus the Communication Scripts Library
Value: $1,400
Most leaders know they need boundaries. What stops them is the fear of hurting someone, being rejected, or losing a relationship that matters.
Boundaries fail because the nervous system reads a limit as danger, and your body responds accordingly before you ever get to the words.
This course teaches boundaries as a regulation skill, so your limits strengthen your relationships. The scripts library gives you the actual language for the conversations you have been avoiding, including workload, availability, scope, and the ask you keep rehearsing and never making.
The Investment
Total value: $22,100
The one-on-one version of this work is a private engagement, and it remains the deepest version of the framework.
The Lab exists because the same system, delivered to a small group of leaders learning alongside each other, produces something the one-on-one cannot. You stop believing you are the only one. Leaders describe that recognition as the thing that made the rest of the work possible.
Your investment today: $1998
Payment plan available through Klarna or Afterpay.
The Structure
Every session is live and facilitated by Christina. You will not be handed off to someone else, and you will not be working through prerecorded content on your own (unless you choose). You learn in the full group, apply the material in breakout discussion with other leaders, and carry it into your week with the practices in The Well.
Enrollment is limited and closes September 17. Please review the details above before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.
ENROLLING MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
Leaders often want to bring their team through this together, and the work compounds when a group learns it at the same time. Discounted rates are available for multiple enrollments from the same organization.
Private cohorts are also available for organizations that want the Lab delivered to their own group, with a maximum of thirty participants.
For either option, email [email protected] and we will get you the details.
What Other Leaders Say
"The impact of baseline physiological responses on my behavior was pretty powerful. Seeing how it affected the other aspects of my interactions at nearly every level was very eye-opening for me.
The Circles of Control were probably my favorite light bulb moment. The realization that most of the rocks I was pushing were not mine.
I've noticed that I am able to stay much more grounded, even when the situation is stressful.
This will change how you see everything. It's not hyperbole."
 - Michael Myers, Co-Founder & Lead Engineer, Leitwolf, Arizona
"I am more intentionally leading with the end in mind. I am finding opportunities to share agreements with the team as a natural progression of our work together.
I would say that you are worth the investment in yourself. The right investment at the right time can be game changing if you put the work in.”
 - Rosemary Reilly-Chammat, Director, State Agency, Rhode IslandÂ
Quick Answers
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and posted within twenty-four hours along with that week's materials. The community space stays open the full twelve months, so you can bring your questions there and stay connected to the group.
How much time does this take each week?
90 minutes live, plus roughly 30 minutes of application spread across your week. The practices are designed to fit inside the work you are already doing.
Will this work if my organization is the problem?
A real portion of what you are carrying comes from conditions you did not create and cannot control. We spend focused time sorting what sits in your control, what sits in your influence, and what sits outside both, so your effort lands where it actually moves something.
Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy. This is leadership development informed by two decades of psychological training, research on organizations and systems, and lived experiences – both mine and of clients. We work at the level of your nervous system because that’s where your behavior under pressure originates, and every bit of it aims at how you lead.
Finally...
You have been managing this by working harder, and working harder has taken you as far as it takes anyone. Six weeks from now you can be inside the same conditions with a completely different internal experience of them. In the coming weeks and months, you're making decisions you trust and sleeping through the night.
The cohort is capped so everyone gets real time and attention. When those seats fill, the next opportunity is Spring 2027.
