The Leadership Lab is a cohort experience designed to develop leaders who can regulate pressure, lead people well, and make grounded decisions in complex systems.

The Impact Accelerator is a longer-term engagement for senior leaders and leadership cohorts shaping strategy, culture, and systems.
This program supports leaders in examining how beliefs, behaviors, and structures interact, and how to lead change without destabilizing people or performance.
Six-month cohort program. Meets bi-weekly. Ongoing between-session support.

Christina Pate, PhD is a psychologist and executive coach who works one-on-one with senior leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and high-stakes decision-making. With more than two decades of experience across public and private sectors, she supports leaders whose roles demand clarity, judgment, and influence in environments that rarely slow down.
Her coaching focuses on the internal conditions that shape how leaders think, decide, and show up under pressure. Drawing on neuroscience, systems thinking, and organizational psychology, Christina helps leaders strengthen nervous system capacity, examine mental models, and lead with steadiness and credibility so their leadership is both effective and sustainable.
